What if you violate disclosure rule the FTC?
Morris Friedman has been president of the International inc small double. sold opportunities for the study of two small figurines made of people photography for clients. Friedman was the senior negotiator with potential buyers of opportunities business in these studies. He advised buyers from the outset that opportunities are not franchises, and therefore has not provided the information contained the standard communication about franchising, but has not provided complete answers to all questions. Many cases, however, due to the lack of success. The FTC alleges Friedman violated his mastery of the disclosure. Friedman disagrees. Decide
I would say it depends on if exploited / promotion / treated as a franchise business. If you do something in a common charactoristic and a business, then you can not ask the fine print does not "really" what type of business. It sounds rather like a franchise organization. I hope he likes jail.:)
